1. All documents should be serialized in such manner :-
   1. Scholarship Final Printout.
   2. Scholarship Registration form (if applicable)
   3. High School Marksheet
   4. Intermediate Marksheet
   5. Marksheet Graduation (Last year)
   6. Income Certificate
   7. Income Certificate Net Copy
   8. Cast Certificate (if eligible)
   9. Cast Certificate Net copy
   10. Domicile Certificate
   11. Domicile Certificate Net copy
   12. Bank Passbook
   13. College Admission Slip (Fee slip)
   14. College Id Card
   15. Aadhar Card (Candidate only)
   16. Affidavit(in plain paper)

2. File should be merged in PDF format only.

3. Merged file size should not be exceed more than 100 mb.

4. All attached documents should be self attested compulsory.
